PURPOSE: A low calorie meal replacement composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve beneficial effects of the meal replacement compositions for a person who reduces fat contents with antioxidation ability. CONSTITUTION: A low calorie meal replacement composition includes sword bean powder, grain powder and bean powder. The grain powder includes rice, barley, black rice and corn. The bean powder is black bean powder or soy flour. The grains has a moisture content of 30 ~ 40 %. The powders are manufactured by a steaming and drying process and a roasting process of the dried materials.
