PURPOSE: An LCD driver is provided to increase The response speed of an LCD pixel by reducing a falling time and rising time of a voltage level at an LCD pixel. CONSTITUTION: An LCD driver includes an LCD pixel(330), an LCD driving power supply unit(310), a multi-level voltage divider(320), and a discharge path part(340). The LCD driving power supply unit supplies a drive voltage to an LCD pixel. The multi-level voltage divider supplies various voltage levels to the LCD pixel. The discharge path part comprises a first switch(341) and a first resistor(342). The discharge path part is serially connected to the multi-level voltage divider. The discharge path part is connected in parallel with the LCD pixel. The discharge path part discharges the electric charge to the ground through the first resistor.
