FLOW RATE CONTROL VALVE CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLING FLOW RATE OF ROOM HEATING WATER HAVING MANUAL MODE

PURPOSE: An automatic flow rate control valve for room heating water having a manual mode is provided to automatically open the valve below the heat recovery temperature during the automatic mode and to allow the user to set the desired heating water temperature during the manual mode. CONSTITUTION: An automatic flow rate control valve for room heating water having a manual mode comprises valve bodies(10,20), a moveable guide shaft(30), a moveable disc(40), a bias spring(50), a shape memory spring(60), and a handle(80). The valve body has a middle portion(13), first and second cylindrical bodies(11,12) in the front and rear of the middle portion, and a projection(14) with a circular opening. One end of the moveable guide shaft is supported on one side of the middle portion and the middle portion is coupled with the inner circumferential portion of the valve body. The moveable disc is coupled with the moveable guide shaft and selectively contacts the side surface of the projection. The bias spring forces the moveable disc to move the lower side of the middle portion. The shape memory spring is extended and contracted depending on the temperature of heating water to make the moveable disc contact or separate from the projection. The handle is handle is fixed to one end of the moveable guide shaft to allow the user to set the desired heating water temperature and the desired mode.
