Proposed assembly comprises two crossbars and hollow side beam welded to crossbar and faces, stiffness elements, upper and lower gusset plates welded to crossbars and frame beams. Every gusset plate is welded to said beam and crossbar. Crossbar shelves are formed by section shelves. Two stiffness elements are welded to crossbars.
