<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the control accuracy of a primary voltage and a secondary voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A primary voltage V1 detected by a voltage input line 61 is directly input into a high-voltage operating section 100 of a converter control unit 54 via a port 114, while a secondary voltage V2 detected by a voltage input line 63 is directly input to the high-voltage operating section 100 via a port 118.
