FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is implemented with ability of placement between ending through-pass rollers (3a, 3b) with ribs and clamping roller (5b) which are used during manufacturing of welded pipe. Device contains stands (30, 31) implemented with ability of placement between stand (40) supporting ending through-pass rollers (40) supporting ending through-pass rollers and stand supporting clamping rollers. One ends of top levers (21) are pivotally supported by top bearing brasses. One ends of bottom levers (22) are pivotally supported by bottom bearing brasses. And other ends are connected to other ends of top levers with formation of lever motion (20). Roller (24) with rib is installed with ability of rotation in place of connection of top and bottom levers and is implemented with ability of introduction between opposite ends of belt material (1). Top and bottom bearing brasses are held with ability of sliding so that it is provided regulation of roller position with rib in vertical plane, formed by vertical direction and linear direction of pipe manufacturing. ^ EFFECT: simplifying mechanism of device and reducing erection space, there are significantly improved conditions of operation of the device and there are reduced consumptions for maintenance. ^ 8 cl, 7 dwg
