<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work load of a monitoring operator and to quickly detect abnormality in plants, when monitoring a plurality of plants. <P>SOLUTION: In a monitor and control system 1a, a plurality of plants 12 are connected to a monitoring apparatus 11 for monitoring the states of the plurality of plants. The monitoring apparatus 11 includes: an acquisition means 111a for transmitting an abnormality request for requesting the transmission of abnormality data, expressing an abnormal level generated in each plant to the plurality of plants 12 and receiving abnormality data responding to the abnormality request from the plurality of plants; and a display means 111b for displaying the states of the plurality of plants according to the abnormality data. Each plant includes: an abnormality data transmission means 131c which, when receiving the abnormality request, generates abnormality data from an operation state of the plant and transmits the abnormality data to the monitoring apparatus; and a monitoring state display means 141a which, when receiving the abnormality request, displays a state that the plant is monitored by the monitoring apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
