<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably stack cups which is nearly equal in the diameters of the open top and the bottom without regard to the sizes of cups or cups such as coffee cups with handles without regard to the outer diameters by using a stacking and supporting tool of the cups. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At the tops of attaching parts 5 wherein engaging grooves 4 for attaching the open top edge 3 of a container 2 are generated opening in the lower parts and both side surfaces, supporting parts 6 for supporting the lower part of the container 2 to be stacked are formed. At the outside portions of the supporting parts 6, holding parts 7 holding the outer surface of the container 2 to be stacked upward are formed integrally. The supporting parts 6 have nearly horizontal stage parts 8 and tilted surface parts 9 continued to the nearly horizontal stage parts 8 and tilted inward/downward.
