PURPOSE: A cover of a liquid container and the cover of a powder container are provided to discharge content put into the container through an outlet without opening the cover of the liquid container and the powder container. CONSTITUTION: A cover of a liquid container(I, II, III) and the cover of a powder container(IV, V) discharge the liquid and the powder included inside the container without opening the cover. A method for discharging the liquid content uses a plastic bottleneck purlin which is attaced to the bottleneck. The method for discharging the powder content discharges the powder by making a discharge outlet(A) be in a straight line.
