PURPOSE: An ultraviolet curable gelling ink for Braille, raised print, and regular print applications is provided to be prevented from contacting an inkjet print head by controlling the height gap between an inkjet print head and a print area. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet printing device(10) comprises an inkjet print head(11) and a print area surface. The height between the print area surface and the inkjet print head is adjustable. The inkjet print head sprays an ultraviolet curable phase change ink composite. The ultraviolet curable phase change ink composite comprises coloring agent, phase change agent, photoinitiator, reactivity wax, and gelling agent.
