<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an antistatic laminate capable of easily manufacturing an antistatic laminate with reduced a time-lapse variation of quality. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the antistatic laminate includes: a monomer application process of applying, to a substrate, a monomer-containing composition containing a monomer capable of forming a conductive polymer and a binder resin; an oxidizing agent application process of applying an oxidizing agent containing composition containing an oxidizing agent to the substrate applied with the monomer-containing composition; and a drying process of drying the substrate applied with the oxidizing agent.
