PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precure tread without any limitation in the variation of a pattern, and a retreaded tire using the same. SOLUTION: The procure tread has a surface side forming a ground contact surface side of a tire and a back side forming the side to be affixed to a base tire. The procure tread consists of a plurality of rubber layers. A first layer on the ground contact surface side of the tire has a circumferential groove extending along the tire circumferential direction on its surface, and a second layer adjacent to the first layer has a circumferential groove extending along the tire circumferential direction in a surface adjacent to the first layer.
