A FROZEN RICE FOOD TOPPED WITH SEASONED MEAT AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Frozen rice and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain quality of the rice by preventing moisture of sauce from being soaked into rice in a manufacturing and a distribution processes, and to improve convenience for eating the rice. CONSTITUTION: Frozen rice is wrapped with frozen sauce after being made to block shaped-rice. There are many kinds of the frozen rice such as rice topped with barbecued beef, rice topped with barbecued pork, rice topped with beef short rib stew, rice topped with pork short rib stew, rice topped with broiled beef short rib or rice topped with broiled pork short rib. The sauce is frozen in a temperature of -5°C ~ -23°C.
