PURPOSE: A multi layer insulated wire containing an extrusion layer is provided to prevent the generation of environmental pollutants generated during a varnish impregnation process by making the varnish impregnation process unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: A multi layer insulated wire containing an extrusion layer comprises: a first insulating coating layer(20) that is coated with a polymer resin on the surface of a conductor(10) such as copper wire, plated-wire, or enameled wire; a second insulating coating layer(30) which is extruded and insulated with the polymer resin on the surface of the insulating coating layer; a third insulating layer(40) which is extruded and insulated with polyamide on the surface of the second insulating coating layer; and an extrusion layer(50) which is extruded with a nylon polymer resin or low-molecular-weight polyester on the surface of the third insulating layer.
