PURPOSE: A disaster prevention system for a high-rise building, and a method thereof are provided to correct displacement of a building when huge wind pressure is generated to safely protect the building. CONSTITUTION: A disaster prevention system for a high-rise building(100) comprises a displacement sensor and a displacement correction part. The displacement sensor is installed in the high-rise building, and comprises a GPS part and a laser sensor. The GPS part is communicated with a GPS satellite, and detects location of the high-rise building depending on shaking. The laser sensor senses laser output from a laser output part. The displacement correction part has multiple anchor structures(500a,500b~500f) formed from a basement floor to a top floor. When the sensed displacement is more than a standard value, the displacement correction part draws the high-rise building in a gravity direction by controlling the anchor structures.
