<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional transfer tool, which is hard to use due to the force to be delivered into the transfer part being almost absorbed, which causes partial rubbing or fails to transfer the transfer medium in a curving manner, and which fails to transfer the transfer medium in a curving manner while delivering the force in a balanced manner and to a proper degree. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transfer part 1 includes a support body 2 supported on the frame and a leading end 3 with a connection part 3A which is supported on the support body 2 after being elastically deformed and with a controlling part 3B which controls the elastic deformation of the connection part 3A by abutting the support body 2. The force from the frame is gradually absorbed in a well-balanced manner between the vertical, torsional, and horizontal directions, while the force required for use is surely delivered and is stabled at the initial position.
