<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly separate a thin film member with a hard-to-separate cut. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A device for separating the thin film member (FT2) is provided with: a storage section (26) for loading and storing the plurality of thin film members (8) with cuts; gas passing ports (31a, 32a) extended along a gravity direction in which the thin film members (8) are loaded; and a gas blow section (61), which is supported movably along the gravity direction in which the gas passing ports (31a, 32a) are extended for spraying gas between the thin film members (8) through the gas passing ports (31a, 32a), and moreover, spraying the gas while moving from above to below along the gravity direction along the gas passing ports (31a, 32a).
