PURPOSE: A car torque rod and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a welding defect by combining a bushing assembly of both ends of a rod member and a pipe by hot heating pressing. CONSTITUTION: A car torque rod comprises a bushing assembly(11), a pipe(13) and a connection part(12). A bushing(20) is assembled on the both sides of the bushing assembly. The pipe assembles the bushing assembly. The connection part is extended from one end of the bushing assembly to the pipe site. The connection part is fixed to the pipe by hot heating pressing.
