<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the energy required for the decrease in humidity when an exhaust ozone-containing gas is treated with an ozone-decomposing device, without providing a heat source for exclusive use. <P>SOLUTION: A system supplies the ozone-containing gas from an ozone generating device 21 into an activated sludge treatment tank 11 to bubble the tank inside by a blower 32. In the system, air warmed by the heat of the blower 32 is mixed in the exhaust containing the exhaust ozone discharged from the activated sludge treatment tank 11, which can decrease the humidity of the exhaust containing the exhaust ozone which is treated in the ozone-decomposing device 16.
