<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a meticulous reading rate of indicating a displayed range out of a full range of a web page, in a client terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A meticulous reading rate calculating program is transmitted to the client terminal 300, to analyze a source data that is a data for displaying a web page, and to calculate a display position of each display item. A web browser of the client terminal 300 transmits read-in display position information to a meticulous reading rate measuring device 500, based on the meticulous reading rate calculating program.
