PURPOSE: A donor film and a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting device using the same are provided to easily form an organic light-emitting layer by forming an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION: A donor film comprises a first layer(10), a second layer(20), and a third layer(30). The first layer comprises a first transfer portion(11) and a first opening(12). The first transfer portion contains a luminescent material of a first color. The second layer is formed in the first layer. The second layer comprises a second transfer portion(21) and a second opening(22). The second transfer portion contains a luminescent material of a second color. The second opening corresponds to the first opening. The third layer is formed in the second layer. The third layer comprises a third transfer portion(31) and a third opening(32). The third transfer portion contains a luminescent material of a third color. The third opening corresponds to the first opening and the second opening.
