The panel (5) has a decorative element (1) arranged on a support i.e. heat transmission and accumulation carrier, and grooves for allowing passage of electric cables, where the support is made of wood or composite material. The support has a source (3) that is constituted of a film and glued mica resistors. A cavity is formed in a middle part of the panel, and receives a temperature probe. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a decorative heating panel.
