PURPOSE: A joint cap for welding a PHC pile is provided to reduce the production cost by securely coupling an upper cap and a lower cap. CONSTITUTION: A joint cap for welding a PHC pile comprises a lower cap(100), an upper cap(200), and a welding part. The lower cap and the upper cap are composed of plates(110,210) and reinforcement plates(120,220). The plates have through holes(111,211), multiple connection holes(112,212), guides(113,213), and inclines(114,214). Reinforcement grooves(121,221) are formed in the reinforcement plates, and the reinforcement plates are coupled to the outer surface of the plates. The guide of the upper cap is inserted into the guide of the lower cap. The welding part is formed by welding the inclines of the upper cap and the lower cap. |
