The invention relates to an installation characterised in that it comprises a portal structure (SP) facing the opening of the existing structure, and in that the portal structure (SP) comprises a frame on which three types of components (A-B-C) are to be arranged, enabling component (A) to receive means for the translatory guidance of a component (B) used to define counter-supports for stabilisation inside the building, and a component (C) used to authorise the spraying of a fluid for the disaggregation of asbestos and other coatings inside the building, rotating through a 360° direction in order to act on the entire inner surface of the building. |
