PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a wheat flour containing cornus fruit or garlic powder is provided to improve a taste, a flavor, a nutrition, and a quality, and to insure an effect of prevention and support of health of customers. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a wheat flour containing cornus fruit or garlic powder comprises the steps of mixing a 10~30wt% cornus fruit powder and 70~90wt% of flour to make a flour containing cornus fruit powder; and mixing the 0.5~10wt% of cornus fruit powder, the 0.5~5wt% of garlic powder, and the 85~99wt% of flour to make a flour containing cornus fruit powder.
