A METHOD FOR ALLOCATING RESOURCES OF RE-TRANSMISSION IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND AN APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for allocating resources of re-transmission in a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve the reliability in the transmission of semi-permanent transmission resource by including purpose information to a semi-permanent transmission resource allocation message. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler(935) allocates semi-permanent transmission resources and re-transmission resources. A retransmission resources allocation message generator(930) creates a semi-permanent retransmission resource allocation message having the information about the allocated transmission resources. A semi-permanent retransmission resource controller(920) controls the transmission resource allocation message generator in order to set up the purpose information of the semi-permanent transmission resource message according to the allocation of the retransmission resource. A transmission and reception unit(925) transmits the semi-permanent transmission allocation message under the control of the semi-permanent transmission resource controller.
