<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film capable of not only preventing foil fracture, but generating no unevenness on a transfer layer caused by an easy adhering resin layer or causing no problems such as reduced adhesion of a mold release layer or transition of a coloring agent to a surface of an exfoliation layer, and is easy in registering when slitting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A foil fracture proof transfer film is characterized in that; at least the exfoliation layer, a decorative layer and an adhesive layer are formed sequentially on one side of a plastic film in the transfer film, in which the mold release layer and the easy adhering resin layer are formed in alternate lines without lapping each other between the plastic film and the exfoliation layer; wherein the mold release layer adheres to the plastic film and exfoliates from the exfoliation layer, and the easy adhering layer adheres to both the plastic film and the exfoliation layer.
