<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device and a feeding method preventing degradation of emulsified fuel and capable of inexpensively feeding it to small apparatuses in small portions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Primarily, the emulsified fuel feeding device is for a small apparatus composed of an emulsified fuel storage tank and an emulsifier. The emulsified fuel feeding device and the emulsified fuel feeding method are characterized by that the emulsified fuel feeding device has a mixing means for preventing degradation of emulsified fuel.
