It is intended to provide an amino acid infusion preparation for a terminal cancer patient which is excellent in the effect of suppressing growth or proliferation of tumors in a patient with advanced terminal cancer or terminal cancer and the effect of improving the low nutrient condition of a terminal cancer patient and has less side effects, which is an infusion with a high amino acid content characterized in that it is used for nutritional management of a patient with advanced terminal cancer or terminal cancer. Specifically, the infusion with a high amino acid content is an infusion with a low sugar content and a high amino acid content and is characterized in that it contains particularly L-glutamine or glycine at a high content and is used for nutritional management of the patient with advanced terminal cancer or terminal cancer.
