PURPOSE: A method for determining Korean beef using a novel primer set is provided to quickly and simply detect Korean beef-specific insertion and deletion site and mismatch site. CONSTITUTION: A primer for selecting Korean beef is a primer set comprising seventh primer and eighth primer or a primer set comprising sequences which is complementary to seventh primer and eighth primer. A primer for selecting Korean beef is a primer set comprising sixteenth primer and seventeenth primer or a primer set comprising sequences which is complementary to sixteenth primer and seventeenth primer. A method for determining Korean beef comprises: a step of collecting DNA sample from bovine; a step of amplifying primer set of sequence numbers 16 and 17; and a step of probing genetic marker by analyzing amplified product.
