PURPOSE: A non-biodegradable wastewater processing device by composite processes, electrolysis, and gravitational filtration is provided to efficiently process organic synthesis effluent by performing two processing processes with one reactor. CONSTITUTION: A non-biodegradable wastewater processing device comprises the following: an outer frame(110); an upper reactor(120) electrolyzing flowed wastewater to processing water and contaminants; and a lower reactor(130) filtering and processing the electrolyzed processing water and installed on the bottom of the upper reactor.
