<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for multiple dwelling houses in which house terminals connected to the same trunk can communicate with each other. <P>SOLUTION: In a case where a signal is received by a first port and a transmission destination of the received signal is a house terminal 2 existing at a side of the first port, a transmission media converter 4 restores the received signal to a predetermined level and then transmits it from the first port and in a case where the transmission destination of the received signal is a house terminal existing at a side of a second port, the transmission media converter 4 transmits the received signal from the second port. A lobby intercom 1 and the house terminal 2 communicate with each other by receiving a signal from the transmission media converter 4 via a main trunk 1 and a brancher 5 and by transmitting a signal to the transmission media converter 4 via the brancher 5 and the main trunk 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
