PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition exhibiting transparency and flexibility while retaining heat resistance, suppressing color change due to UV radiation, further having excellent water repellency, a low friction coefficient, and low solution viscosity. SOLUTION: The polyester has a block structure and contains 60 mol% or more alicyclic dicarboxylic acid represented by general formula (I) based on the total dicarboxylic acid, wherein the polyorganosiloxane represented by general formula (II) accounts for 0.05 mass% or more and less than 80 mass% in the resin.
