<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent data erasure or cancellation of writing, caused by the occurrence of voltage drop during increase of power supply voltage at a time of starting an operation of a wireless unit, from being executed. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless unit comprises a nonvolatile memory 23 for data, a direct current power source 25, an AD converter 12 for outputting a voltage value of a power supply voltage outputted by the direct current power source 25, a voltage detector 24 for generating and outputting a logic signal which is inverted when the voltage value of the power supply voltage becomes lower than a first threshold value or when it becomes equal to or more than the first threshold value, and a CPU 11 for performing a cancellation process of data erasure or writing to the nonvolatile memory 23 for data when the logical signal is inverted by the voltage value of the power supply voltage becoming smaller than the first threshold value, and for performing a main routine process when the logical signal is inverted by the voltage value of the power supply voltage becoming equal to or more than the first threshold value after the logical signal is inverted by the voltage value of the power supply voltage becomes lower than the first threshold value and the voltage value of the power supply voltage is equal to or more than a second threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
