PURPOSE: A foldable chair is provided, which enables a user to feel comfort, can extend activity radius and obtain sense of security and comfort. CONSTITUTION: A foldable chair includes a hinge shaft(113) connecting an inner frame and an outer frame; a seat(121) connected to the top unit of the inner and outer frames; a back support frame(131) which is connected to the top unit of the outer frame and enables folding; both side sloped pipes which are formed to be sloped toward the inner side on both sides of the inner frame top unit; a connection pipe(103) connecting both side sloped pipes; a narrow part of the seat connected to the connection pipe outer circumference; and an extension part relieving the rear side of the seat.
