CARBON NANOTUBE SPREAD APPRATAUS

PURPOSE: A Carbon Nano-tube spreading apparatus is provided to evenly apply carbon Nano-Tube of uniform thickness which is applied on the center portion of a substrate and Nano-tube which is applied on the tip of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A Carbon Nano-tube spreading apparatus comprises a mounting block(110) on which a substrate(50) is mounted; a spreading unit(120) which sprays carbon Nano-Tube liquid on the substrate, arranged on the top of the mounting block; and a mask member(130) which is formed to enclose some part of both ends of the substrate, arranged between the spreading unit and the mounting block. The mask member has a through-hole of the size conforming to the substrate. The distance between the inner corner of the mask member and the substrate is below 1mm. The mask member is upwards inclined by a specific angle, that is below 17 degree, from an inner corner as it is away from the substrate.
