Ergonomic device for support/seating, useful for all work performed standing and especially useful in document classification work and in operating theatres during the performance of surgical operations, comprising as a base a stand for ground support and a column for fitting a seat body, in such a way that the ergonomic device (1) is formed by a platform (2) for support on the ground, having a flat back part and and a front part (5) which is convex-curved towards the front and on both sides, with respect to the support surface on the ground.
