ZNBO DOPED BST THICK FILMS FOR LOW SINTERING TEMPERATURE

摘要

PURPOSE: A low temperature sintering dielectric thick film is provided to ensure the value which enables assembly application in the micro wave range(5.5GHz). CONSTITUTION: A low temperature sintering dielectric thick film composition contains ZnBO which is a low temperature sintering additive to a basic composition of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3. The weight ratio of ZnBO which is the lower sintering additive is 1, 3, or 5 wt%. The sintering temperature is 1200°C, time is two hours. A microwave dielectric thick composition for sintering ZnBO-BST at low temperature uses through screen printing.
