PURPOSE: An optical film without rainbow, polarizing plate and display device having the same is provided to improve the visibility and to remove the interference effect of coating. CONSTITUTION: The base surface(2) become rough at the upper part of one side of the base film(1) after the solvent application and drying process. The hard coating layer(3) is etched is formed in upper part the substrate surface. The hard coating layer appears through the interfacial scattering as the hard coating optical film eliminating the dark fringe.
