The invention relates to an industrial information system. According to the invention, 2D drawings generated in isometric perspective are used to represent 3D objects in any geographical information system (GIS), for use as an object or a field within the categories included in geographical information systems, and which can be used in the industrial, medical, chemical, biological, astronomical and all other scientific sectors and not just those associated with cartography.
