<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle strip roller and a noodle strip rolling method, improving quality of noodle strips rolled by passed through a pair of rollers and decreasing the number of roller pairs required for rolling the noodle strips. <P>SOLUTION: A noodle strip roller 1 passing through a noodle strip B between a pair of rollers comprises a roller driving part 10 rotating rollers 11 and 13 switchably from normal rotation to reverse rotation, a roller space adjusting part 20 reciprocating one of rollers 11 and 13 to bring close or to alienate against the other so that a space G between the roller driving parts 11 and 13 is adjusted, and a roller controlling part 30 controlling the roller driving part 10 and the roller space adjusting part 20, wherein, the roller driving part 10 is controlled so that the noodle strip B is sent out with normal rotation by a first pitch and sent back with reverse rotation by a second pitch shorter than the first pitch and then these are repeated, and the roller space adjusting part 20 is controlled to roll the noodle strip thickness to be a predetermined noodle strip thickness on each times when the noodle strip B passing through the space G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
