APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LENS ASSEMBLING

PURPOSE: A lens assembly device and an assembling method are provided to secure the assembly efficiency and the high inspection accuracy by scanning and transferring multiple lenses at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A lens assembly device comprises a vision part(100), a pick-up part(200), a buffer guide(310) and a controller. The vision part collects the lens information by scanning the lens loaded in a coating jig(320). The pick-up part picks up the lens of the coating jig and transfers to an assembly jig(330). The buffer guide tallies the head of the pick-up part and the central axis of the lens picked up. The controller controls to pick up the lens of the coating jig according to the lens information. The controller controls to transfer the lens to the assembly jig after location amending.
