<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device of a tube capable of collecting wall thickness data, in detail at a high speed, because the ultrasonic inspection is performed heretofore from the inner surface of a heat exchange tube using a pipe insertion type ultrasonic inspection device for filling the heat exchange tube with water, because the wall thickness of the heat exchange tube of a heat exchanger or boiler used in a petroleum and chemical plant or a papermaking plant is reduced by corrosion during long-term use but a device capable of collecting wall thickness data in detail at a high speed in a bent tube part has not been available. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic inspection device is constituted so that center-holding mechanisms 5 are provided, in front of and behind a rotary scanning unit constituted of a rotor and a reflecting mirror, because ultrasonic waved are incident on a normal line, with respect to the inner surface of a tube for the purpose of enabling high-speed inspection, at all times, even in tube-bent parts when inspection from the inside of the tube by a rotary type reflecting mirror of ultrasonic inspection is performed.
