WIRELESS RELAY TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, TRANSMISSION STATION APPARATUS, RELAY STATION APPARATUS AND WIRELESS RELAY TRANSMISSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the probability of generating errors between any apparatuses when wirelessly relaying multi-carrier signals from a transmission station to a destination station by a relay station.

SOLUTION: In a wireless relay transmission system comprising the transmission station, at least one relay station and the destination station, each station estimates the transfer function of the transmission side and reception side propagation paths of the present station and transmits the estimated transfer function to the transmission station. When the transmission station transmits the multi-carrier signals, the minimum transfer function is selected for each subcarrier from the estimated transfer function and the received transfer function in the transmission station, and the multiplex number of multiplex modulation for the subcarrier is determined on the basis of the selected transfer function.
