PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock implement locked automatically in case of fire. SOLUTION: A bolt insertion hole 21 is formed in a plate 14 at the end of a case 11 assemblable in the door end side end section of at least one of the upper rail and the lower rail 4d of a fire door, and a dead bolt 17 movable toward the bolt insertion hole and an elastic member 20 for biasing the dead bolt toward the bolt insertion hole are assembled in the bolt insertion hole. An insertion hole 23 is formed in a shutter 22 in such a manner that the shutter is movable between the first stop position where the insertion hole is displaced from the bolt insertion hole and the second stop position where the insertion hole matches the bolt insertion hole. The shutter is biased toward the first stop position by a first spring 27. A second spring 28 made of a shape memory alloy is installed at the front of the shutter in the biasing direction. When the ambient temperature is raised to the transformation point of the shape memory alloy by fire, the second spring is extended, and the shutter is moved to the second stop position, the end of the dead bolt projects from the bolt insertion hole to the outside, and is engaged with an enagement hole 8 formed in a doorway frame, thereby the fire door is locked.
