PURPOSE: A safe insulin pump and a method for stabilizing the same are provided, which can prevent malfunction by an external factor. CONSTITUTION: A safe insulin pump comprises an insulin measurement part(19) which includes an insulin syringe and measures the remaining amount of the insulin; a timer(15) which injects predetermined amount of insulin on the preset time; a storage part which stores the fixed working atmosphere; a main control unit(13) indicating the information acquired through the timer and insulin measurement part in the display device and controlling a syringe driving part(17); and a sub-control unit(14) monitoring operation state of the main control unit and preventing malfunction.
