PURPOSE: A bid management method and a system thereof using a bid attribute information for satisfying a request of an advertiser are provided to efficiently manage bid advertisement by determining an exposure rank of the advertisement list. CONSTITUTION: An exposure order decision unit(602) decides the exposure ranking of the advertisement listing by using the bid descriptive data. An initial order decision unit(604) decides the initial rank of the advertisement listing through the initial rank index according to the bid. A first advertisement exposure decision unit(605) decides the exposure of the advertisement listing through the bidding management on/off information. A second advertisement exposure decision unit(606) decides the exposure of the advertisement listing through the initial rank and exposure request rank.
