PURPOSE: A tracking apparatus for a solar system is provided to make the structure of the device simple by rotating a busing having a driving motor for controlling the attitude angle of the sun itself. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight conversion unit directly changes the energy of the incident light into the electrical energy. A tracing device traces the sun so that the sunlight conversion unit(100) obtains the output of maximum. A support post is fixed on the ground in order to support the tracing device. An azimuth angle adjustment unit(300) is installed at the upper part of the support post, and it includes a driving frame and combined with the sunlight conversion unit. The altitude adjustment unit(200) is separated from the azimuth angle adjustment unit so that it is inclined from the back to the front. A control box is fixed to a movable frame in order to supply the power to the azimuth angle adjustment unit.
