<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and practical security, relating to a process for transmitting a texture document in an image forming apparatus to an information processing apparatus as an electronic file. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus transmits a texture document preserved in a memory region to an information processing apparatus which is connected through a network as an electronic file. In this process, authentication is performed, and an electronic file that cannot be edited with the information processing apparatus is transmitted to an authenticated viewer, by combining the document with the texture, and an electronic file of a format which is editable with the information processing apparatus is transmitted to a document owner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
