PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that is reliably fixed on a shaft in addition to improvement of manufacturing efficiency and reduction in manufacturing cost, and can improve motor characteristics by uniforming stress distribution of a rotor portion and magnetic characteristics. SOLUTION: An output shaft 24 includes a small-diameter portion 84 to which a first end surface plate 90 out of a pair of end surface plates 70, 90 is press-fitted, and a medium-diameter portion 83 to which a rotor yoke 61 is press-fitted and whose diameter is larger than that of the small-diameter portion 84. The output shaft 24 includes a first intermediate portion 81 whose diameter changes along the axial direction, between the small-diameter portion 84 and the medium-diameter portion 83. The first end surface plate 90 includes a housing portion 85 capable of housing the first intermediate portion 81 on the end edge of the rotor yoke side 61 in the press-fitting hole 93 of the output shaft 24.
